Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

 

We currently ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions. 


For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, or similar governmental assessments unless otherwise stated at checkout. Surele is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, carrier delays, local delivery services, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

RETURNS

 

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, free of odors (including smoke, perfume, or deodorant), and returned with all original tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.     

 

EXCHANGES

 

We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size or a replacement, we’ll cover the cost of the exchange to help ensure the best possible fit. 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for return processing after your item has been received and reviewed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.     


 


For international returns, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, and similar governmental assessments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for return. Items with damaged packaging, missing labels, unreadable labels, or visible signs of wear or damage may be deemed ineligible for refund or exchange.
