Shipping & Returns
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, free of odors (including smoke, perfume, or deodorant), and returned with all original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size or a replacement, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the cost of the exchange to help ensure the best possible fit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. For approved returns, Surele will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of the return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for return processing after your item has been received and reviewed.
For Canada returns, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, and similar governmental assessments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged. Items with damaged packaging, missing labels, unreadable labels, or visible signs of wear or damage may be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
