Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

We accept all major credit cards at checkout.

Only one promotion may be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Surele currently ships within the United States and Canada.  

Care instructions vary by style and fabric. Please refer to the Details section on each product page and the care label inside your garment for the most accurate guidance.

Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are expected to ship on or around the estimated date listed on the product page or at checkout. Please note that ship dates are estimates and may change. Payment for pre-order items may be collected at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately or together once the pre-order item becomes available. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s delivery.
